Bags and Bulk Landscape Supply Yard began in 2016 with our public opening in the spring of 2017. BBLSY was originally intended to be incorporated with the owner’s landscaping services business to become a full service company. After doing some research, owner Ryan Dehnert, decided to concentrate all his efforts into doing Bags and Bulk Landscape Supply Yard.
Our goal is to become Watertown, Wisconsin’s leading landscape supply store of Jefferson County by serving customers in Johnson Creek, Lake Mills, Ixonia, Oconomowoc, Waterloo, and nearby surrounding areas. Ideally, we want to be your first choice for landscaping needs when looking for bags or bulk products to purchase.
BBLSY strives to do things a bit different than your traditional retail supply store. We here at Bags and Bulk Landscape Supply Yard produce many of our available products eliminating the added cost of ordering from additional distributors saving you money on less shipping. Obviously, some of our products still have to be ordered from other companies and distributors. Understand we always attempt to find the best products at the most economical price so we can keep our prices fair and competitive for our consumers. Our expenses are less so we charge less! It’s as simple as that.
We want our customers to come in and visit the retail yard as our products are ever changing. We are a Drive-Thru style business to make your purchase and pick up a more convenient experience. For contractors sending their employees or DIY’ers that have limited time this convenience will be especially appreciated. This means instead of having to find a place to park and walk into your typical store you can conveniently pull your vehicle up to the cashier booth, place your order, pay, and pull into our supply yard for immediate loading.
For those tech savvy customers you can order at our on-line store 24/7, 365 days of the year and pick up your order at your convenience during store hours or have shipped if you prefer. Simply provide the booth attendant your receipt and/or receipt # for quick verification and drive in. Once inside our yard, a BBLSY employee will assist you promptly to fill your order whether it’s one bag of mulch or fertilizer or a truckload of mulch, stone, or plants, we’ll help you with your entire supply loading. For limited mobility customers this can be especially convenient as you may never have to exit your vehicle.
Currently, BBLSY is in a bit of “construction phase” and updating our location. The yard where all products are stored/sold is undergoing a makeover and at times can be “muddy”. Please be aware of this when planning your visit and wear appropriate footwear. We are completing our repair of the yard along with the general appearance of the building to provide a fresh clean look for the coming season.
